Accra Law is the preeminent dispute resolution firm in the Philippines. It offers expertise across a wide-range of areas including corporate law, banking and finance matters and real estate matters. The firm has been kept busy defending its client’s interests against Del Monte Fresh Produce, which launched a multi-million peso damage suit against its growers who included Accra’s client, FS Dizon and Comval Tropical Fruits. Accra Law managed to get the injunction lifted against its client and deny Del Monte’s attempt to refer the matter to international arbitration. This saved its client possible detrimental financial damages.

Aster Power Phils mandated the firm to represent it in another multi-million peso damage suit filed. The suit was for serious injuries caused as a result of a vehicle still registered with Astec Power Phil. Accra Law negotiated an amicable settlement with the plaintiff and a favourable judgment against the actual owner of the vehicle. When the East Asia Banana Services Corp faced an unlawful detainer action, Accra Law was used to argue its defence. The firm had the case dismissed after negotiating a compromise with the plaintiff.
