Kulkanist joined Siam Premier in 2005 as a partner specializing in capital markets including securities and stock exchange laws, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, privatisation, and bankruptcy/insolvency.
Kulkanist graduated from Thammasat University, Thailand and also holds an LL.M. in Comparative and International Law from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas as well as a Master of American Legal Studies Degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology Illinois. She is a member of the Law Society of Thailand and an Extraordinary Member of the Thai Bar Association. Kulkanist has extensive experience representing and advising issuers in the offering of various types of securities including advising companies seeking listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”). She has also represented numerous companies listed on the SET advising on the complex regulatory framework. With respect to mergers and acquisitions, she has advised numerous companies and structured various major acquisition schemes, including tender offers. Kulkanist is a member of the Take Over Panel appointed by the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission.
