Jennifer Lin is a partner of Tsar & Tsai, a leading law firm in
Taiwan, and has served as Tsar & Tsai’s managing partner since 2004.
Jennifer has 30 years of experience representing multinational
companies in complex domestic and international transaction and business
disputes. Jennifer is particularly famous for handing intellectual
property licensing and resolution.
Jennifer Lin is also a Supervisor of Taiwan Cement Corporation,
President of Asia Patent Attorneys Association (Taiwan group), director
of ROC International Federation of Women Lawyers, director of Harvard
Club in Taiwan, and commissioner for Taiwan Electrical and Electronic
Manufacturers’ Association and Chinese National Federation of
Industries.
