Victor I-Hsiu Chang is a partner of LCS & Partners, a top-tier
corporate firm in Taipei. Mr Chang has over 15 years of experience
handling cross-border transactions of all types, primarily focusing on
private equity, cross border mergers and acquisitions, and the
representation of multinationals in new and complex transactions in
Taiwan and the Greater China region.
Recently, Mr Chang acted as deal counsel for the first successful major
“Cross Straits” (China – Taiwan) M&A deal and a large cross-border
tender offer.
Prior to joining LCS, Mr Chang was deputy general counsel of Trader
Classified Media in Paris and has also practiced in a major law firm in
Boston for seven years. Mr Chang is admitted as an attorney in
Massachusetts and as an international attorney in Taiwan. He is a
graduate of Harvard College, magna cum laude, and the Law School at
University of Chicago.
A majority of Mr Chang’s clients are leading private equity partnerships
and companies listed on the NYSE, the Nasdaq, the London Stock
Exchange, the Taiwan Stock Exchange and GreTai Securities Market, the
Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Australian Stock Exchange, the Paris stock
exchange and the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
