Il Bong Moon is a partner at Yulchon who focuses primarily on the areas
of labour and employment, corporate and commercial litigation,
finance/bankruptcy, and mergers & acquisitions. Before joining
Yulchon, Mr Moon served as a judge at various Korean courts, including
the Uijeongbu and Southern branches of the Seoul District Court, the
Gunsan branch of the Jeonju District Court, and the Seoul Central
District Court. He also was an adjunct professor of law at Korea
University and Hanyang University.
Mr Moon received his LL.B. (1989) and LL.M. (1994) from Seoul National University.
