Amanda joined Romulo in 2006 and has advised, prepared documentation,
and negotiated for and on behalf of international and domestic clients
on the establishment of local companies, joint ventures, deals and
transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, initial public
offerings, equity and debt issuances, corporate structuring, labour
issues, and regulatory matters.

Professional Activities/ Seminars: Amanda has
attended seminars and lectures in the Practicing Law Institute in New
York on Initial Public Offerings, Securities Laws, and Drafting
Corporate Agreements in 2006 and the Hague Academy of International
Law’s Program in the Netherlands held in 2008. In 2009, she attended an
Asia Multilateral Training Conference in Hong Kong on antitrust and
anti-competition issues and developments in the region.
