Mr Du is one of the executive partners of Grandall Law Firm, Beijing
Office. He holds an LL.B degree from the China University of Politics
and Law, and obtained his LL.M from Chicago-Kent College of Law, USA.
Mr Du has been actively involved in the practice of real estate &
construction, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring for
over 16 years. He has advised over hundreds of prominent real estate
project constructions, investments and project financing, acted for,
inter alia, notable international and domestic clients such as
Sino-Ocean Land Holding Company (HK), COFCO Property Group, Henderson
(China), the Evergreen Group, Asian Real Estate Investment Fund
management Companies etc.
Mr Du also advises financial institutions in real estate project
financing. He has acted for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,
Bank of China, Everbright Bank of China, China Minsheng Bank, Bank of
Beijing, Beijing Rural Commercial Bank etc. As the lenders’ counsel, he
has experience in advising syndicated loans in multi-billion projects.
