Kherk Ying heads the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Wong &
Partners and handles a wide range of intellectual property matters with
regard to copyright, patent, trade and service marks, registered
designs, trade secrets and confidential information. She has more than
21 years of experience in the area of intellectual property and
commercial litigation, and is a registered trade mark, patent and design
agent in Malaysia.
She has been ranked on the 1st Tier of key practitioners in the area of
Intellectual Property by Chambers Asia in its 2011 edition. She is
acknowledged as being “
widely respected and vastly experienced” and recognised for her “
client service abilities and comprehensive expertise in all aspects of IP law.”
