Adrian Chee Meng Yang graduated with an LLB(Hons) from Leicester
University, England in 1994 and thereafter was admitted to the Malaysian
Bar on December 4 1997. He began his career as a legal assistant in
Messrs. Adnan Sundra & Low in December 1997 and became a partner in
August 2003.
In the first two years of his practice, he was extensively involved in
corporate work including acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate
restructuring exercises, as well as corporate and commercial litigation.
Since 1999, he has been primarily involved in banking and finance, debt
and equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
