Cita Citrawinda Noerhadi is a registered IP Consultant for CITA
CITRAWINDA NOERHADI & ASSOCIATES, an Indonesian law firm
specialising in IP. She earned a Bachelor degree in Law from the
University of Indonesia; a Master degree in IP from Franklin Pierce Law
Center, New Hampshire, USA; and a Doctorate with honours in Law from the
University of Indonesia on Trade Secret. Cita is an IP lecturer at
University of Indonesia, expert witness in IP cases, one of the Founders
of the Arbitration and Mediation Body of IPR, and Deputy II in the
Indonesia IP Academy. Currently, she is President and Trade Secret
Committee of AIPPI; Patent Committee in the APAA, a member of INTA and
International Amicus Committee - Asia Pacific of INTA
and a member of the AIPLA. She chaired the Indonesian Intellectual
Property Society (IIPS) in 1996-1999 and 2000-June 2001 and she was one
of Advisory Members of the IIPS for periods of 2003-2006.
She actively participates in national and international seminars on IP
as speaker and author of “INDONESIA” in Katzarov’s Manual on Industrial
Property;
Intellectual Property: Challenge for the Future, as well as joint author of the
International Encyclopedia of Laws, specifically regarding
IP in Indonesia and joint author of a book entitled
Parallel Imports in Asia, particularly concerning
Exhaustion and Parallel Imports,
Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, along with
numerous other articles on IP topics published in various media.
