Noor is one of Asia’s leading Mergers and Acquisitions practitioners

A Singaporean, Noor is called to the Singapore Bar and has an LL.M from
the University of London. Noor is active in Indonesian business and
industry circles and in international legal organisations. Noor sits on
the governing boards of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia
and the International Business Chamber and on various boards within
Indonesian business and industry. She is also active in Indonesian
charitable foundations.
