Jyoti Sagar is a prominent lawyer and founded J Sagar Associates (JSA)
in the year 1991 as a solo and from there he has led JSA to become one
of the leading law firms in India. He has been in the practice of law
for over 35 years. In addition to his practice in JSA, Jyoti is also a
senior partner of K&S Partners, a boutique practice in Intellectual
Property Laws.
His experience spans a range of practice areas including Corporate
Commercial laws, Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property.
He has worked extensively on several policy issues and has served on
various committees of the Government of India and Chambers of Commerce.
Jyoti is regarded as a visionary and pioneer in bringing about paradigm
shift in law firm ownership and management structures in India. JSA and
