Sai Krishna Bharathan, a partner with AZB & Partners, Mumbai, India,
has been in the legal profession for over 15 years and is widely
acclaimed in the field of Real Estate Investments. He has advised
several Real Estate Funds in relation to their investments in the real
estate, hospitality and allied sectors, Indian real estate companies in
respect of private equity investments in project companies, and major
offshore and domestic venture capital funds in relation to their
