Ms Dina Wadia is a partner at J Sagar Associates and heads the Firms
Banking & Finance Practice. She has dealt with a large number of
Project and Debt Finance transactions across diverse sectors. She has
been actively involved in Project Financing for the Telecom, Energy and
Infrastructure sectors in which JSA has been involved. She also has
extensive experience in all manner of Debt Transactions, Corporate
Bonds, Asset Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance and Real
Estate financing.
Dina also heads the Investment Funds practice at the firm and also has
extensive experience in Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Acquisitions
across industry sectors.
She has been practicing law since 1982. Before joining JSA as a partner,
Dina was a partner with Little & Co for over 10 years.
