Gunjan Shah is a partner with Amarchand Mangaldas.
Gunjan graduated from the National Law School of India University,
Bangalore, India in 1998 and joined Amarchand Mangaldas as an associate
and has been with the firm ever since. During her tenure at the firm,
she has been part of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She did her
Masters in Law at the University of Oxford in the year 2000.
Gunjan leads the banking & finance practice in the firm’s New Delhi
Office. She works in the mergers & acquisitions and banking &
finance practice area.
Gunjan has been recommended & recognised as a leading banking and
