Mr Shen is a partner of Grandall Law Firm, Guangzhou Office. He specialises in foreign investment, banking and capital markets.
Mr Shen has counseled a number of multinational companies in their
direct investment projects, merger & acquisition transactions, as
well as general corporate and commercial matters. He has advised on
many investment projects clients such as Total, Corus and Samsung.
Mr Shen has also rendered legal advice to some prominent international
banking and financial institutions in relation to their investment plans
and entry into China and the launching of new products in accordance
with PRC laws. He has provided legal services for CCB Asia, Bank of
China (Hong Kong), DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
In recent years, Mr Shen is also active in the capital markets acting as
PRC legal counsel for many private-owned enterprises to raise funds
from overseas exchanges.
Mr Shen holds an LL.B from Xiamen University and an LL.M from University of Hong Kong.
