A new entrant to Thailand’s IP market, Ananda Intellectual Property was established in early 2011 by former managing director and partner of Vidon & Partners, Franck Fougere. The firm is managing the worldwide trade mark, copyright and design portfolio for Singapore-based Elephant Parade, as well as prosecuting IP cases for the company. The IP team at Ananda is also representing an array of clients including Dassault Systemes, Zing Hospitality, ICC International and Indorama ventures.
