Clients recommend the firm’s dedication to work and its ability. “The firm is certainly conservative overall, but the lawyers are willing to research opportunities and transactions rather than going with the status quo,” says one. A high profile matter last year was the firm’s representation of Coffee Day Resorts in an investment from KKR, Standard Chartered Private Equity and New Silk Route Partners. This deal was valued at US$200 million and led by partner N K Dilip.
