The firm recently represented Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings in relation to a US$100 million second round financing deal with private equity house Silver Lake. Nobao is known as a maker of PRC clean energy solutions that utilise ground source heat pump technology.

Han Kun’s status as a top capital markets firm for advice on the PRC law aspects of international issuances has landed the firm many such mandates in the IT, Telco & Media sectors.

As an example, the firm recently represented CDN service provider ChinaCache on its Nasdaq IPO. The offering raised more than US$90 million when it came to the market in October 2010.
