This may need some improvement as the firm is clearly better than nearly all legal firms, but has not received the recognition yet.” The firm has maintained an impressive supply of work despite its modest size. One client says: “The lawyers are quite professional in their approach. They deliver the work on time and understand the value of time.” The firm represented Bank of America on the issue of commercial paper notes by ICICI Bank in the US commercial paper market. Partner Sawant Singh led this transaction, which closed in November 2010 and was valued at US$545 million.
