The firm represented Austin Engineering in its proposed acquisition of land for a manufacturing plant in Batam Industrial Estate. Advice included drafting and negotiating legal documentation and conducting due diligence.

Another notable transaction was representing PT JX Nippon Oil & Energy Lubricants Indonesia in the acquisition of land in an industrial estate for a lubricant blending plant. PT JX Nippon Oil & Energy Lubricants Indonesia is a joint venture company between Indonesia’s PT Andalan Dunia Semesta Group and Japan’s JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation.

The firm advised Dell Inc on various employment issues. These included the suspension of employees, the termination of employment relationship procedures, the consequences of terminations and other matters under the Indonesian Manpower Law and Industrial Dispute Resolution Law.
