Who We Are
You Me is an Intellectual Property boutique that has continued to be at the forefront of Korean IP since its inception in 1981.
From the location of our offices in Seoul, Daejeon and Washington DC, and the diverse backgrounds of our attorneys and technical staff, to the innovative approaches for handling IP matters and our overall efficiency, You Me is able to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Our main office in Seoul is in the heart of the IP district, while branch offices in Daejeon and Washington DC allow efficient direct contact with KIPO and the USPTO, respectively.
The backgrounds of our attorneys reflect the diversity of the IP industry itself, and the majority have extensive real world experience in the technological fields they represent. We understand our clients’ businesses, allowing us to provide the services that will effectively meet their needs.
What We Do
Having over 30 years experience has allowed us to refine our approach to the services we provide. This includes our internally developed computer system, which electronically connects our computer server to KIPO’s computer server, allowing us to provide real-time and accurate case information to clients, as well as eliminate human error that often occurs in data input and reduces efficiency. Another example is our internally developed search method, which allows us to provide optimized search reports for each client. Like our clients, we always seek to be innovative and these are just a couple of the ways in which we offer clients unique services that can be tailored to meet their individual needs.
Why We Are Continuously Selected as a Top Korean IP Firm
Our overall efficiency is rooted in our ability to clearly and effectively communicate with our clients and associates, whether it be in Korean, English, Chinese or Japanese. Effective communication is paramount in avoiding misunderstandings and mistakes that can lead to frustration and be costly in terms of time and money.
We strive to provide clients with the most efficient service possible, ensuring their costs are kept to a minimum, without sacrificing the quality of our services.
