The firm advised Maybank in its acquisition of a majority interest in Kim Eng Holdings by completing the regulatory framework for the securities industry in Vietnam and conducting searches to problems of limited public records in Vietnam.

The firm had to negotiate regulatory restrictions on pre-sale, as well as address issues relating to common areas of the houses and condominiums.
