The firm advised Petronas and Petronas Chemicals group in the acquisition of a 15% interest in Ethylene Malaysia and a 60 % interest in Polyethylene Malaysia from BP Chemicals Investments. Valued at US$400 million, the transaction was completed in October 2010.
