Shanghai-based AllBright has top connections with financial institutions, and is often seen representing lenders in loans and financings for major construction and real estate projects.

In 2010, AllBright represented the financing arm of a multinational corporation in connection with a syndicated loan that it had co-arranged for a major energy project. The Rmb4 billion (US$626 million) syndicated loan facility was provided by a consortium of lenders that included the financing corporation as well as 10 other banks.

Allbright also recently advised a bank consortium in its financing of an instrument in connection with the Rmb1.35 billion (US$211 million) syndicated loans for a major affordable housing development project.
