Guantao’s full service capabilities have allowed the firm to advise top developers on all aspects of construction and real estate project completion.
It advised Beijing Changle Real Estate Development on its construction of residential properties for the Yu Tianxia Real Estate Project in Beijing’s Central Villa District. Beijing Changle Real Estate Development is a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Holdings. The villas under construction cover an area of approximately 800,000 square metres.
In January 2011, Guantao represented Beijing Huarong Infrastructure Investment on its investment in the Beijing No. 1 Financial Street project. Beijing’s No. 1 Financial street buildings were developed as office space by Beijing Jin Yaguang Real Estate Management. The acquirer, state owned enterprise Beijing Huarong Infrastructure Investment, gained ownership of the building through acquiring equity in two companies that formerly owned the No. 1 Financial Street project.
