We have advised many IPO’s and bond issuances by Chinese companies in the domestic A-share market, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, London AIM, etc. We have also advised on the issuance of asset-backed securitizations in China.
We advised the formation of venture capital and private equity funds in China. The firm is active in advising venture capital financing and private equity acquisitions representing both the investors and founders/management.
