Jasson Han has joined Weil Gotshal & Manges as a senior consultant (at partner level). He will be resident in the firm’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices and will divide his time between them.
Han has previously advised China-based state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and privately-owned companies on PRC-related corporate, securities and transactional law issues.
