Comtec Solar Systems Group has completed a US$67 million initial public offering in Hong Kong, with Rule 144A and Regulation S international share placements.
Comtec, which manufactures high-quality monocrystalline solar ingots and wafers and markets its products to Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, Thailand and the US, listed 250 million shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 30.
